Serhiy Naumenko

He worked in the research department of the Hospital for Sick Children (Toronto, Canada), as a bioinformatics consultant in the research ecosystem of the Harvard Medical School (Harvard School of Public Health, Boston, USA), and as a consultant in the industrial bioinformatics department of the "big pharma" company (AstraZeneca).

He has performed bioinformatic analyses in more than 50 projects, developed and maintained bioinformatic pipelines, and contributed to a study of Mendelian diseases and cancer mechanisms by means of genomics and transcriptomics, which were published in the American Journal of Human Genetics, Genes and Development, and the American Journal of Medical Genetics. He is a member of the professional community of the NGO Genomics UA and an instructor of the course on RNA-seq data analysis.
